This is Nathan wondering why his mother would eat a large, spicy lunch right before her presentation. I was taking huge gulps of water at the conference until I realized that the roomful of people could see my bulging cheeks. Lesson: Take "princess" sips, or, as Peter advises, no big lunches before speaking in public.
