Social Saturday

Saturday was a busy day with beautiful weather. Nathan attended a classmate's birthday party while Maya and I enjoyed a lovely lunch and walk with Aparna.

Then, since the kids had fallen asleep in the car, we went out to campus. (It never works when we try to drive home quickly and gently transfer them to bed.)






There was a horse-drawn plough match at school (yes, I'm pretty sure that how it was spelled). Being a city slicker, I thought the horses would be running, as in racing. It was so serene and contained that it looked more like an exhibition of beautiful working horses.
