Easter Happiness

Maya and Nathan are ready for the Easter egg hunt! Nathan was dressed extra cozy for the brisk morning but he soon warmed up after dashing about madly in search of eggs. (Peter adds that at 5:30 in the morning it was even colder, in the low 20s. It appears he was out to greet the Easter Bunny or catch the sunrise.)

Brunch with Katie and Amy. The kids were so happy to spend time with their aunts. We were all reminded of how wonderful it is to have big pancakes, grits, and biscuits with gravy on a breakfast menu.

After a great Easter morning and with a belly heavy from french toast and maple syrup, Energizer Bunny Nathan was surprisingly ready for a nap.

The aunts gave chocolate bunnies which didn't stand a chance with Maya. The ears always seem like the best part of a bunny or, according to Maya, all of a chocolate bunny is best. That's our darling girl! Hope all of you enjoyed a very special Easter too!
